AXA Paralympic Swimming League – Round 7, 2026 (Oviedo) – 12 & 13 December 2026

In 2022, Fundación AXA, together with the Spanish Paralympic Committee and four Spanish sports federations for people with disabilities, established the AXA Paralympic Swimming League, a competition comprising seven scoring events using the multi-disability system. The AXA League was established to give athletes with disabilities more opportunities to compete and improve their personal bests throughout the season. It is a fantastic way to promote inclusion and encourage participation in sport, championing values such as effort, perseverance and commitment. Round 7 of the AXA Paralympic Swimming League will take place in Oviedo (Parque del Oeste Swimming Pool – C/ José María Martínez Cachero) over the weekend of 12–13 December 2026.

AXA Paralympic Swimming League – Round 6, 2026 (Cádiz – 14 & 15 November 2026

In 2022, Fundación AXA, together with the Spanish Paralympic Committee and four Spanish sports federations for people with disabilities, established the AXA Paralympic Swimming League, a competition comprising seven scoring events using the multi-disability system. The AXA League was established to give athletes with disabilities more opportunities to compete and improve their personal bests throughout the season. Round 6 of the AXA Paralympic Swimming League will take place in Cádiz (Ciudad de Cádiz Sports Complex – Av. Periodista Beatriz Cienfuegos, S/N) over the weekend of 14-15 November 2026.

Round 5 of the AXA Paralympic Swimming League will take place in Madrid (M86 Swimming Pool – Calle de José Martínez de Velasco, 3) over the weekend of 10-11 October 2026.

La mitad de los españoles que tienen problemas de salud mental se sienten solos

El 49,1% de los españoles con problemas de salud mental se sienten además solos, según evidencia un estudio elaborado por Fundación ONCE y Fundación AXA en el marco del Observatorio Estatal de la Soledad no Deseada (SoledadES), presentado este miércoles en Madrid. El trabajo analiza la prevalencia y evolución del aislamiento involuntario y de los problemas mentales y constata que los dos fenómenos están muy relacionados y que mientras el primero se mantiene estable (aunque con matices) desde 2024, el segundo ha aumentado casi seis puntos en los últimos dos años.
